Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

 
Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
 
Eligible items for return must be unused and in their original condition, including the original packaging.
 
Certain items are not eligible for return, such as perishable goods like food and flowers, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
 

Additional non-returnable items include:

 
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Select health and personal care items
 
A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary to process your return.
 
Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
 
Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
 
– Books with visible signs of use
– Opened media (CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records)
– Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
– Returns exceeding 30 days after delivery
 

Refunds

 
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the receipt and approval status of your refund.
 
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
 

Late or Missing Refunds

 
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to be officially posted. If the issue persists, reach out to your bank.
 

Sale Items

 
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
 

Exchanges

 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email us at [email protected] and send your item to: 5140 Slocan St, Vancouver, BC V5R 2A5, Canada.
 

Gifts

 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
 
If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
 

Shipping Returns

 
To return your product, mail it to: 5140 Slocan St, Vancouver, BC V5R 2A5, Canada.
 
You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
 
The duration for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
 
For higher-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
