With a Cypriot born father and an Italian born mother, there is no surprise I grew up with an abundance of delicious, home made, over catered, European food. Made with effort, love and pride, food is the central point of all my family’s gatherings.  It brings us together, it’s a passion…it’s an obsession. We LOVE food. Through my travels and marriage into the Finnish culture I have experienced just about every style of cuisine out there and here I will share my favourites.

Korvapuusti – Cardamom and Cinnamon Buns

Salted Salmon aka ‘Graavilohi’
